All components of the SAN and environment are monitored for irregularities, including: Storage Arrays, RAID engines, disk drives, power suppliers, cooling, switches and fabric and backup devices.  Mohawk Managed Storage provides expert administration of your storage environment and tunes performance by recommendations and initiating system configuration changes to for your specific applications.  In the event of a component failing, a dedicated trained member of the DCG Service Centre will come to site to take action.

You will receive real time intelligent monitoring or your environment, incident management, and day to day proactive management based on ITIL standards and best practices.
