DCG PRO online pricing is very affordable. Once you have licensed your existing laptops and servers you can add future servers and laptops on a pay as you go model.

29 pence per GB plus £2.40 connection fee per laptop per month

29 pence per GB plus £7.80 per server and £9.60 per database agent per month

If you wish to terminate, please contact us in writing, allowing 30 days notice.

How do you charge for my data?

We charge for the data you backup to our data center post compression, not the number of copies we hold in the system. Our low cost price per gig is enabled by our deduplication technology.

I have 'thin' links, is this a problem?

No.  By using leading deduplication and compression technology, DCG PRO online can be delivered on almost any link size. DCG PRO online only backs up your data changes.

Is there a minimum/maximum data quantity?

No.

If I need to add additional servers or laptops along the way how do I do this?

You notify us by completing a simple change control document, the server or laptop is added to the service. Your next month’s invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

I require longer retention than 60 days, is this possible?

Yes, we can provide options to enable you to hold data for longer periods.
